MICHELE L. OWEN

Michele L. Owen has earned recognition from RE/Max International for outstanding sales performance and achievements in the real estate profession. She received the President’s Club award from RE/Max International in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

She joined RE/Max in April 2002, purchasing the Sterling Branch in March 2004. She has been a licensed Colorado Realtor since March 1996.

Michele was born and raised in Sterling. She graduated from Northeastern Junior College with an Associates of Arts Degree in Business. She attended Colorado State University for two years before moving to Aspen, Colorado where she lived for 10 years. She attended Colorado Community College in Aspen where she earned her degree in real estate and passed the State Broker exam.

Michele moved back to Sterling in 1997 where she has been listing and selling real estate. Although Michele specializes in residential, multi-family and vacant lot properties, she also has experience and knowledge to assist you with commercial or farm and ranch.

Michele has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialist by completing advanced real estate courses and having demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. She also holds her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) certification for completing 168 additional hours of specialized classes, and Michele is a member and current Vice President of the Logan County Board of Realtors.
